About The Position

Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a Facilities and Compliance Manager! This position offers hybrid hours but requires you to be based in the Houston metro area due to occasional travel needs to support facilities. Compensation: Salary employee Hybrid position with travel to required facilities on an intermittent basis, as needed. Your Role: Manage preparation of new clinic sites in partnership with vendors, project managers, and staff, ensuring operational readiness and regulatory compliance. Ensure clinics are fully equipped with supplies, technology, and systems for launch and inspections. Provide operational support onsite and remotely, including deliveries, vendor coordination, troubleshooting, and general operational assistance. Serve as primary contact for vendors during on-site projects and facility upgrades. Conduct and manage standardized facility inspections to monitor hazards, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. Organize and coordinate staff training focused on facilities, safety, and compliance. Maintain clinic safety, compliance, and operational standards, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations. Oversee maintenance and vendor services, ensuringtimelyresolution of issues and safe, operational facilities. Maintain documentation for inspections, compliance activities, and regulatory requirements. Analyze operational and compliance data and report findings to leadership. Foster strong communication and relationships with staff and leadership to promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence. Qualifications: Preferred: Bachelors Degree; Minimum: High school graduate or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in a compliance, healthcare, or similar role. Proficiency in data entry and analysis techniques and technologies to support facility and compliance monitoring. Experience with document and information management systems. Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a compliance, healthcare, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, laws, and standards
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in data entry and analysis techniques and technologies to support facility and compliance monitoring.
