About The Position

Join our growing team with a new service, Integrated Community Supports, within our residential division! You will be serving clients with a variety of mental health needs. You will provide services such as: Medication assistance Goal setting Assistance with problem solving Assistance with building independence in homemaking skills Assistance with provider coordination Transporting clients when necessary This role does not include completion of personal cares.
