About The Position

Location: Minneapolis MORE ON THE ROLE: You'll be supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as: You will work as a team with other Mental Health DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients. Requirements

  • At least one year of full-time or two years of part-time work experience in human services with increasing job responsibilities
  • Must pass DHS background check
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Understanding of basic computer and email functionality
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Responsibilities

  • Medication administration
  • Assistance with problem solving/additional support
  • Documentation of happenings throughout your shift
  • Completing light cleaning tasks within office area
