About The Position

$1,000 Hiring Bonus for start dates in November! YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT IFYOU: Are energized by thinking critically and overcoming challenges Enjoy helping people problem solve Bring a calming force to escalated situations Are highly effective in prioritization and organization SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND LOCATION: Part-Time or Full-Time (Must have at least every other weekend availability) Day shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm Evening shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Starting at $18-$19, with opportunity for growth and pay increase beginning at six months of employment! $1000 Hiring Bonus - $500 to be paid out after successful completion of introductory period, $500 to be paid out after six months of employment. Must be in good standing. Location: Northeast Minneapolis SOME IMPORTANT QUALIFICATIONS: Must pass DHS background check High School Diploma/GED or equivalent Understanding of basic computer and email functionality Ability to remain calm in stressful situations MORE ON THE ROLE: You'll be working within one of our Customized Living Programs supporting people living with a variety of mental health needs. You will oversee the safety and well-being of our clients, providing services such as: Medication administration Assistance with problem solving/additional support Documentation of happenings throughout your shift Completing light cleaning tasks within office area You will work as a team with other Mental Health DSPs, Housekeepers/Home Health Aides, Client Services Coordinators, Program Leaders, and Nurses to provide a safe living environment for all clients.
