The Crisis Service Counselor is a professional who provides crisis management; intervention; an emergent clinical evaluation; information; follow-up referrals; and discharge planning to patients and families who present in the Emergency Center with a wide variety of psychiatric, chemical addiction, and psych-social problems. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Psychosocial/Mental Health Field
  • 1 year clinical crisis evaluation and intervention in an acute psychiatric setting with an emphasis on quick assessment skills
