About The Position

Tapestry, part of Pyramid Healthcare, is a premier primary mental health program dedicated to supporting adult women on their path to recovery. Our trauma-informed team provides a structured, evidence-based, and compassionate environment where meaningful healing happens every day.
We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Counselor to provide clinical services for women with mental health and co-occurring needs. This role includes conducting assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and collaborating with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active Pennsylvania licensure at the Master’s level (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (may be completed upon hire)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with trauma, eating disorders, mental health, or co-occurring disorders

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions
• Document treatment interventions and progress in our Electronic Clinical Record (ECR)
• Participate in case reviews, program development, and staff trainings
• Support aftercare planning and discharge processes
• Provide crisis support and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
