What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome): Dive into mental health assessments and get to know the whole story Craft personalized treatment plans that empower and prepare inmates for life beyond jail walls Lead individual and group counseling sessions tackling everything from trauma to anger management (you’ve got this) Team up with corrections staff, medical pros, and probation officers for all-around care Connect clients with community resources so support doesn’t stop at the cell door Keep your documentation sharp and your skills sharper Stay ahead of the curve with the latest correctional mental health best practices

Requirements

Master’s degree holder in Counseling or Social Work with current LPC or MSW licensure
Familiar about working with justice-involved populations
Skilled communicator who’s not afraid of a challenge
Committed to cultural competence and diversity
Experienced (or ready!) to navigate the fast-paced, unique correctional environment
Drug screening and facility security clearance required.
