IOP Mental Health Therapist Our Intensive Outpatient Program is a six-month, structured program for clients who struggle to emotionally regulate and build healthy relationships. Our clients meet with therapists 3 days a week, either in group or individual therapy. Clinician openings in this program include Adolescent or Adult Group Therapy leaders, and Individual therapists for either adults or youth. Our IOP program works as a close team of Therapists, CBRS providers, Case Management, Peer Support, and Medication Management specialists to share knowledge, work collaboratively, and maximize client growth. Our clinicians are provided professional development weekly. Therapists with strong rapport-building skills will appreciate the depth of the therapeutic relationship in this IOP program. We strive to build a supportive, safe place for employees and clients alike.
Requirements
- LPC/LCPC or LCSW only
- Must be able to work in person from our office
- Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
