This candidate will be responsible for providing a wide array of services to youth clients and their families to promote opportunities for maximum independence in the community. Primary responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and ongoing evaluation of services provision to severely emotionally disturbed (SED) or mentally ill individuals and their families. The responsible individuals will collaborate with medical and other allied personnel in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery. Service will be provided in local schools. Candidate may be required to work evening hours and travel. Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
