About The Position
The Sorenson Center for Clinical Excellence (SCCE) is seeking a Mental Health Clinician who will work with interdisciplinary clinics in the Sorenson Center, including the Dementia Caregiver Clinic, and oversee outreach activities for the SCCE. Located on the main campus in Logan, Utah, this is a 1.0 FTE, 12-month fiscal year position. This position is not eligible for remote work. This position is contingent on funding and a successful background check. The hired individual will serve as the care coordinator for the Dementia Caregiver Clinic and will also assist other clients in accessing appropriate services in the SCCE with a particular focus on assisting clients in need of multiple services. In addition, the hired individual will oversee the activities of the Sorenson Center's community outreach program and the Sorenson Center's social media platforms. The clinician is expected to engage in outreach activities through the state of Utah, including supporting the growth and delivery of services via telehealth throughout the state. The clinician is also expected to engage in clinical activities and assist in facilitating educational seminars, especially those that support the interdisciplinary focus of the Sorenson Center.
