The Multi-Systemic Therapy (MST) at North Range Behavioral Health is a team that consistently strives for success and is known in the state for its long-standing outcome data. When you join this team, you will have an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth and families. Therapists on this team are intentionally supported and set up for success through ongoing training and consultation in the model, consistent individual and group supervision that can be applied to licensure supervision needed, and expectations to work with no more than 6 given families at any given time. As a clinician on the multi-systemic team, you can expect to be trained and supported in the clinical model to work with a small caseload of clients to support them in establishing and achieving goals that support their behavioral health, relations, educational, and legal needs. Our clinicians deliver evidence-based resources to solve complex problems that put youth at risk for out-of-home placements. This position is an excellent match for someone who is an innovative and creative problem-solver and enjoys engaging families in working with their formal and informal support to address needs. Multi-Systemic Therapists aim to EMPOWER caregivers to have an impactful role in their youth’s wellness.
