About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated mental health clinician to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality care through various services, including individual, family, and group therapy, to support the mental health and well-being of our clients. You will also work with a case manager who will assist you with administrative tasks to ensure the best care for your clients and help you navigate our programs effectively. Requirements

Working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
Diagnosing mental health conditions.
Creating and implementing treatment plans.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to ensure optimal client care.
Strong accountability and a sense of ownership in your work.
A proactive attitude and a passion for helping the community.
Openness to learning and receiving feedback from supervisors and colleagues.
Active registration with your relevant licensing board.
Flexibility to provide services in person or remotely, with opportunities to work in the way that best suits your preferences and client needs.
Willingness to learn and adapt to various therapeutic and administrative platforms.

Responsibilities

Conduct client intakes and therapy sessions to manage your caseload.
Learn and utilize our platforms and resources to provide effective and accurate client services and documentation.
Collaborate with your team to develop and implement additional services, such as content creation and outreach programs.
