Contracted position: 10-18 hours per week, depending on student need. The Mental Health Clinician works directly within our alternate day placement program for students who demonstrate challenging behaviors. The clinician provides direct and indirect trauma-informed support to students, families, and staff to improve social-emotional well-being, behavior, and academic performance. This role focuses on removing barriers to learning through individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, SEL lessons, family support, and coordination of services within and outside of the school system. Candidates must hold an active Indiana license as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor).
