About The Position

Children thrive when they experience consistent, responsive relationships with caring adults, and caregivers thrive when they are supported by a strong, dependable community. Our Early Childhood Mental Health (ECMH) team intentionally weaves those supports together, creating a safety net for families when challenges arise and strengthening their capacity for resilience. This is a unique and rewarding clinical role that blends Early Childhood Mental Health consultation with direct clinical intervention. As an ECMH Clinician, you will collaborate closely with early childhood education staff, community partners, and families to help prevent, identify, and reduce the impact of mental health challenges on young children. Through consultation and supportive guidance, you will strengthen the capacity of caregivers and educators to foster children’s social and emotional development. Our ECMH team works primarily in community settings, childcare centers, and homes, supporting the adults who nurture and shape young children’s lives. Together, we focus on creating positive, lasting outcomes for infants and young children by building emotionally healthy environments where they can grow, connect, and thrive.
