Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
  • Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation
  • Open to both experienced and newly licensed clinicians
  • Passion for providing quality, compassionate care in a community setting

Responsibilities

  • Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Conduct 5–6 clinical sessions per day (60-minute sessions)
  • Receive 2 hours of protected administrative time daily
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and treatment plans
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care coordination
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR system
  • Provide crisis intervention services as needed
