About The Position

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • 2+ years of clinical experience with youth and families
  • Valid Florida driver's license
  • Successful Level 2 background screen and drug test

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary clinician for up to 15 youth
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual and family therapy in various community settings
  • Maintain timely, compliant documentation
  • Collaborate with care teams, caregivers, and external partners
  • Deliver wraparound services and advocate for clients navigating complex systems
  • Offer flexible scheduling to accommodate family needs outside standard hours
