About The Position
Endeavor Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinical Therapist I to join our team in Deerfield, IL. This full-time position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with working hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM. The therapist will collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members to provide holistic, individualized patient care using therapeutic interventions, specifically Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). The role involves conducting accurate and thorough psychosocial assessments consistent with age and developmental status, providing counseling to patients and their families, leading and facilitating group sessions, and participating in discharge planning.
