Requirements

Master’s degree in clinical social work, counseling, or related field.
1-2 years of clinical practice experience in a hospital or community setting.
LPC, LSW, or relevant certification/licensure required (or obtained within 1 year).
Bilingual proficiency in a second language (both written and oral).
Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak effectively.
Basic mathematical skills; ability to handle routine calculations.
Physical capability to stand, walk, sit, and lift to 25 pounds.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities
