About The Position

Positive Leaps is seeking a dedicated full-time Clinical Manager to provide appropriate clinical training for interns (discipline specific) and therapists, and ongoing monitoring of established clinical staff. You would also maintain a small caseload to provide services to clients and families, and assist the department with monitoring and maintaining clinical practices through assessment of clinical skills and maintenance of quality and performance indicators. Additionally, provide a third tier of management to the Therapy Services Coordinator and Assistant Therapy Service Coordinator while providing a safe and effective therapeutic environment for all clients in accordance with the philosophy and Mission of Positive Leaps.
