Join our Mental Health Associates providing support to our clients through multi-modal group sessions, patient break supervision, routine monitoring of urine drug screens, and multiple assigned clerical and operational activities! Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- MUST be okay to drive clients in company van 2 days/week
Responsibilities
- Demonstrates an understanding of adolescent growth and development and must be able to co-facilitate a didactic and experiential group or is willing to learn to co-facilitate groups.
- Involves driving, sitting, walking, handling charts and talking on the phone for extended periods of time.
- Participate in written and verbal shift changes by communicating with staff either verbally or in written communication logs, shift updates.
- Support the daily structure through helping clients attend all scheduled activities.
- Under direction of supervisors, facilitates activities including recreational groups and meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
