About The Position
The Mental Health Associate is a nursing caregiver who works under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse to provide patient care in accordance with each patient's IPOC (interdisciplinary plan of care), hospital policies and procedures and unit/program guidelines. This is a per diem position with an 8-hour night shift, starting at 11 PM and ending at 7:30 AM. The role requires working every other weekend and does not require on-call duties.
