About The Position

The Mental Health Aide position is under the supervision of the management staff
and responsible for providing direct therapeutic services to residents of the
program. The services include but are not limited to: crisis intervention,
medication management, training in activities of daily living. Responsible for
maintaining the physical environment of the residence. All responsibilities
under hospital and residential policy and procedures.

Requirements

• Basic writing skills required.
• Experience in mental health, substance abuse and/or residential setting.
• Walking up and down stairs while carrying items
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, WORD, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High School Diploma or GED required

Nice To Haves

• Associates degree preferred
