About The Position

Under the supervision of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Supervisor, the Mental Health Tech/Driver provides non-clinical mental health support and transportation services for PHP patients. This role ensures safe and supportive transport and supervision of individuals with mental health disabilities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Nevada Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• CPR certification (current)
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification required within 90 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Supervise PHP clients with mental illness, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Safely transport PHP patients to and from the program, adhering to documented training and supervision guidelines
• Assist PHP Supervisor with other assigned duties as needed
