This role is onsite at the Short Hills location and reports directly to the Sales Manager. In this position, you will maintain a customer-centric mentality, ensuring that every interaction is focused on enhancing the client experience. You will utilize various selling tools and digital store technology to drive sales, leveraging omni-channel and fleetwide inventory to meet client needs. Achieving personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals will be key performance indicators for your success. You will also strategize your business approach to increase individual productivity through effective outreach and technology usage, while creating a positive work environment through collaboration with your team members.
