Men's Spa Locker Room Supervisor
About The Position
Supervises the Spa team members in assigned area(s) to ensure guests receive the highest level of service and quality on a daily and consistent basis. Areas of spa responsibility may include spa treatments; fitness areas, equipment and classes; recreation programs/activities; pool area and retail. Ensures a clean and safe environment for all guests. Provides excellent guest service though direct interaction and communication. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Oversee the locker room cleanliness and report all maintenance issues. Greet all members and check them into the locker rooms. Stock and maintain locker rooms. Fold and launder spa laundry. Maintain locker room log and keys. Maintains scheduling of team. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old
- Previous leadership and/or supervisory experience
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Flexible schedule including Weekends and Holidays
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a moderate amount of weight
- Ability to Multi Task
- Excellent guest service and oral communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Organization skills a plus
- Hospitality and/or luxury setting experience a plus
