This role is ideal for an experienced people manager and program leader who thrives in building strong teams, managing performance, and ensuring programs run with excellence, consistency, and measurable impact. This leader is responsible for overseeing staff, managing program execution, strengthening systems and processes, and ensuring clients progress effectively through individualized service plans in a Christ-centered residential environment.
