About The Position

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Men's Outpatient Substance Use Disorder Therapist at our Orem, Utah clinic, earning $28.50–$44.03/hour . In this onsite role, you'll work directly with male individuals navigating substance use challenges in a supportive, client-centered environment. What You'll Do as a Therapist Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices for substance use treatment Complete clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Document services and client progress accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to support client outcomes Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous quality improvement Maintain professional, ethical, and safety standards in all clinical work Qualifications Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy. Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting). Experience working with substance use disorders preferred. Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy. Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team. Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards. Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning. Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
  • Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
