Requirements
- Availability Tuesday & Wednesday from 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations.
- Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service.
- Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
- Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
- Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
- Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
- Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
