About The Position

Lehigh Country Club is a Member-Owned Private Country Club established in 1910, located in Allentown, PA. With a 600+ family-oriented member base, Lehigh has full-service amenities in pool, tennis/pickle ball, paddle, golf and dining. Position: Lehigh Country Club is searching for new team members to help continue our long-standing tradition of excellence in the private club industry. The Men’s Locker Room and Lounge are unique spaces within our Clubhouse, offering members an exceptional level of personalized service. Staff working in this area are trained across multiple aspects of private club hospitality — including Locker Room Attendant, Server, Server Assistant, Bartender, Food Runner, and Banquet Server , all specific to the Men’s Locker Room. If you are a service-oriented individual with a flexible schedule and are looking for part-time work in a professional, team-focused environment — let’s talk! Food and bar service experience is helpful but not required. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Requirements

Personable, friendly disposition is a must.
Must be outgoing, reliable, professional and be able to multi-task.
Must be over 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

Food and/or beverage experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Full bar and food service
Maintain locker room cleanliness and restock items as needed
Greet members & guests by name when entering & leaving the locker room
Assign guest lockers & escorts arriving guests to their locker
Pick up, clean & return shoes to & from lockers
Keep locker room clean & neat at all times
Be a point of information when it comes to club services, features, upcoming events, specials & policies
