About The Position
University of Virginia Sports Medicine seeks responsible, motivated, and organized undergraduate students to assist in player hydration on the field during men’s lacrosse practices and games. Professionalism, strong work ethic, punctuality, and enthusiasm are essential. Preferably enjoy the outdoors and the sport of lacrosse. Compensation includes an hourly wage ($13.00 per hour) and Nike gear. Applications will be accepted for immediate openings until the positions are filled.
Requirements
- Must be a current undergraduate UVA student.
- Students who are interested in continuing into the 2026-2027 academic year are strongly preferred.
- Must be willing to be outside in occasional inclement weather (excluding lightning).
- Availability required on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2:30-6:30pm, some Saturdays
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds and stand for 3-4 hours at a time.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Men’s Lacrosse Sports Medicine staff during practices and games with the hydration of players, coaches, and officials.
- Move hydration and rehabilitation equipment as needed.
