G/FORE is seeking a Men’s Associate Designer to join our Design Team in Raleigh! This is an exciting opportunity to work with a passionate, innovative team leading the golf and activewear industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Ability to generate fresh ideas and translate them into compelling designs
• Works effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Approaches challenges with resourcefulness and adaptability
• Strong understanding of design tools and garment construction
• Ensures accuracy and consistency in all aspects of design work
• Clear and professional in both verbal and written interactions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design / Production
• 2+ years of experience preferred in related field
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Basic knowledge of garment construction and materials
• Garment CAD skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Must be a very flexible/adaptable, a fast learner and can manage in a fast-paced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Creating technical sketches with construction call outs
• Owns initial TP set up and lifespan maintenance
• Making print pitch sheets with color and print technique call outs
• Assist in coordinating and completing special assignments and projects as required
• Collaborate with various staff including Design Management in creating boards, color cards/decks as needed
• Assists Design Team and Management in miscellaneous tasks such as filling, organizing, scanning, and photocopying when needed
• Lab dip/ submit review
• Vendor communication
• Attend fittings and partner with technical team on garment fits & adjustments
