About The Position
The Athletic Coach reports to the head coach and athletic director, who provides overall objectives and final evaluation in conjunction with the school principal. The coach is responsible for advising, coordinating, and supporting a staff of school coaches in conjunction with the athletic director and respective principal. The success of athletic programs has a strong influence on the community's image of the entire system, and the position includes responsibilities such as extended time, risk of injury, and due process predicaments. The position is evaluated yearly and may be renewed based on recommendations.
