The Memory Care Unit Coordinator at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Thrive program within the Memory Care Unit. This role involves collaboration with Life Enrichment Coordinators, Life Enrichment Assistants, and direct care team members to ensure a functional and appropriate program for residents with Alzheimer's disease or dementia. The coordinator will also work closely with the Administrator and Health Care Coordinator to manage the Courtyard community effectively.
