The role involves providing exceptional care and support to senior residents in an assisted living environment. Requirements
- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude
- Ability to work the second shift from 2pm to 10pm
- Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to pass a background screening as mandated by Florida law
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior care
- Med Tech certification
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health status (Med Techs preferred)
- Assist with daily activities and ensure a safe, comfortable environment
- Document resident care and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and dignity
- Participate in rotating weekend shifts and work some holidays as required
