About The Position

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistants to join our beautiful senior community. As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living to our residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
• Certified Med Tech training preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work part-time and PRN shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals (Certified Med Tech trained candidates preferred)
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health status to the nursing staff
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents
