The Memory Care Program Manager at Brookdale Tequesta is responsible for overseeing the full implementation of resident and family engagement's overall dementia care program. This role includes providing coaching and leadership to caregivers within the community, ensuring that Care Associates deliver person-centered programming, dining, and care. The Program Manager will collaborate with the leadership team to provide dementia training, manage the preadmission/move-in/move-out processes for residents, and educate associates on dementia care, including leading programs and interventions for behavioral expression. Additionally, the Program Manager will plan and coordinate a calendar of dementia-friendly programs tailored to meet the specific needs of all residents within the dementia care community.
