About The Position
Make a meaningful impact every day as part of our compassionate Memory Care team! Were looking for an RN or LPN who is dedicated to providing exceptional care, building trusting relationships, and supporting a team-centered approach. In this role, youll help ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valuedwhile working alongside a group of caring professionals who treat each other like family. Schedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 p.m.10:30 p.m.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of Indiana.
Nice To Haves
- Memory Care experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication administration and treatmentsincluding tube feedings, IV medications, colostomy/ileostomy care, G-tube care, PICC line/IV care, oxygen care, and glucometer readings.
- Review and verify physician orders with MARs for accuracy (new admissions, new orders, etc.).
- Complete MDS summaries by their required due dates.
- Promote resident safety by monitoring for wandering, responding promptly to alarms, and being attentive to mobility needs.
- Answer call lights and offer support to all residents on the unit.
- Partner with Resident Care Specialists/CNAs to ensure residents receive high-quality, attentive care.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in effective shift-to-shift communication by giving and receiving detailed reports.
- Follow all safety, lifting, and transfer guidelines to support resident and staff wellbeing.
