About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead our nursing and direct care staff in providing exceptional resident care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to staff development, and a thorough understanding of clinical operations within assisted living and memory care settings.

Requirements

  • Degree in Nursing (LPN).
  • Current nursing license and relevant certifications.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship to nurses and direct care staff.
  • Supervise and support Resident Care Associates, including training, assigning duties, and managing recognition or disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical services to ensure all residents’ healthcare needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Monitor and adapt individualized care plans in response to changes in residents’ health conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to assisted living and memory care.
  • Oversee medication management processes, including medication administration records (MARs) and pharmacy coordination.
