About The Position
The Memory Care Homemaker position at Arrow Senior Living is designed to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for residents in memory care. The role involves ensuring that all apartments and common areas are tidy and homelike, preparing and serving family-style dining, guiding residents in their dining experience, and providing snacks and hydration throughout the day. Additionally, the homemaker will engage with residents to provide meaningful experiences and support their daily activities.
