About The Position

The Memory Care Director at The Enclave of Franklin is responsible for leading the Memory Care department, focusing on enhancing the quality of life for residents with dementia and Alzheimer's. This role involves developing and executing care programs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both residents and staff. The director will also engage with families to communicate updates and address concerns, while promoting a culture of care and excellence within the team.

Requirements

• Combination of education and/or experience in Memory Care, Dementia Care, or Alzheimer's.
• 2-3 years of experience in programming in a Senior Living environment or similar.
• First Aid & CPR Certified.
• At least 3-5 years of related work experience as a Memory Care Director.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Senior Living for 2 years (Preferred)
• Memory care experience for 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the 'Meet Me Where I Am' approach to Memory Care.
• Implement and maintain a Quality Assurance program to address deficiencies.
• Plan and innovate program services for Memory Care.
• Recruit, train, coach, and direct staff in the Lilac Trace department.
• Communicate with families and residents regarding updates and issues.
