Requirements

  • Proven leadership and administrative skills in a healthcare or assisted living setting
  • Working knowledge of healthcare administration, preferably within memory care or assisted living environments
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, staff, and regulatory compliance effectively
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving residents' quality of life
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, social work, or related field; advanced degree preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in memory care or dementia-specific care is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care Unit, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
  • Lead, motivate, and support staff to deliver high-quality, compassionate care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation for the unit
  • Foster a positive and engaging environment for residents, families, and staff
  • Ensure staff training and development to maintain high standards of care
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to support residents' needs
  • Monitor and improve quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
