About The Position

The Memory Care Director is responsible for overseeing the Memory Care department, ensuring that residents with memory impairments receive the highest quality of care. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff. The director will demonstrate strong leadership abilities to manage the department efficiently and compassionately, focusing on the well-being and comfort of residents. Additionally, the director will develop and implement programs aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents, promoting engagement and overall satisfaction. A deep understanding of dementia and Alzheimer's disease is essential to provide tailored care and support to meet the unique needs of each resident.
