About The Position
The Memory Care Director at Arbor Terrace Crabapple is a leadership role focused on overseeing the clinical care provided to residents with dementia. This position requires a seasoned professional who is passionate about delivering competent and compassionate care, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes, and maintaining high standards in the Memory Care Neighborhood. The director will lead a team of Care Partners, Med Techs, and Nurses, while also fostering strong communication and customer service relations with residents and their families.
