About The Position

Brandywine by Monarch Communities is seeking a full-time Reflections (memory care) LPN at Brandywine the Sycamore in Shrewsbury, NJ. Founded in 1996, Brandywine is a leader in luxury senior living, providing compassionate care with the amenities of a five-star hotel. The LPN will oversee clinical operations of the Reflections program, ensuring the highest degree of dementia care is provided to residents. This role involves implementing the INVEST mission and adhering to Brandywine standards, while also ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse with proof of graduation from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Possession of an unencumbered LPN license.
• Training in dementia care desired.
• Previous experience with dementia population preferred.
• Experience in a hospital, assisted living, skilled nursing care, or related medical community required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage clinical operational aspects of the Reflections program.
• Ensure the highest degree of dementia care is provided to residents.
• Support and implement safety procedures and programs.
• Participate in teamwork and promote positive public relations.
• Coordinate recruitment and hiring for the Reflections Care Management team.
• Conduct monthly in-services on dementia-related topics.
• Monitor resident service plans with the Wellness Director.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Maintain accurate resident care records.
