About The Position

Home Health Aide (HHA) – Assisted Living Location: Rye, NY | Pay: $20.42/hour | Schedule: In-person Shifts Available: Full Time Memory Care: Nights 11:30pm to 7:30 with an EOW requirement Join The Osborn, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit continuum of care senior living community located on a beautifully landscaped 56-acre campus in Rye, New York. What You’ll Do: As an Assisted Living Care Coordinator, you’ll provide care and support in a cluster care setting—not one-on-one private duty. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to assist residents with: Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Light housekeeping and meal support Resident escorting within the facility Social engagement and companionship What You Bring: Active NYS Home Health Aide Certificate (Required) Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Experience in Assisted Living is a plus, but not required Why Join The Osborn?
