What would you do as a Memory Care CNA As a Full Time Memory Care CNA at Crandall Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care during the Afternoon Shift . Your daily responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, grooming, and meals. You'll monitor their emotional and physical well-being, providing comfort and support to those with memory-related challenges. Expect a structured schedule that typically runs from 2:15 PM to 10:45 PM, allowing you to engage with residents in a calm and focused environment during those hours. You will work closely with a dedicated team, documenting care plans and updates to ensure a seamless continuum of care. Building relationships with residents and their families will be key, as fostering trust and stability is essential in creating a positive living experience for those you serve.
