About The Position

Caring Senior Service is hiring experienced Caregivers, CNAs, Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for part-time, PRN, days, nights, overnights, and weekend shifts in Waco, TX, and surrounding areas. This role focuses on providing specialized one-on-one support for seniors living with Alzheimer’s and dementia in a home setting. The company's mission is to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and dignified at home, recognizing the unique impact caregivers have on clients and their families. Caring Senior Service prioritizes consistency, thoughtful client matching, and strong communication to build trust and provide meaningful support, especially in memory care. Requirements

Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Nurse Aide, HHA, or PCA
Must be at least 18 years of age
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Experience preferably with memory care clients
Strong understanding of Alzheimer’s and dementia care
Bilingual skills

Offering calm, reassuring companionship and emotional support
Assisting with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
Creating a safe and structured environment
Responding to memory-related behaviors with patience and understanding
Supporting routines that promote comfort, familiarity, and dignity
Communicating effectively with families and care teams
