The term Naya means Guide, Person of Wisdom, and Leader. We are recruiting for the special Naya’s that LOVE our residents with dementia and promote tranquility with gentle persuasion. We want our residents to feel that they are in a home like environment, that the Naya is a trusted friend whom is there to help them. Our Naya’s engage with our residents by doing things with them such as cooking, gardening and participating in cultural activities, like art or dancing! Our Naya’s experience rewarding, meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. Requirements

1-year experience as a care giver in an assisted living, memory care or home care setting
