Requirements

• Possess applicable certifications as required by state.
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in memory care or similar settings.
• Additional certifications in caregiving or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance to residents in memory care.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff, ensuring their needs are met.
• Assist residents with daily activities, including lifting and moving as necessary.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance caregiving skills.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
