Requirements

  • Must be licensed or certified by the operating state to administer medications through a QMA, CMA, or state required med passing certification and must maintain current and unencumbered certifications

Nice To Haves

  • CPR certified and/or first aid certified preferred

Responsibilities

  • To assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming. To help make beds and empty trash.
  • To monitor and assist with medication provision following standards established facility policies and procedures. To properly document medication provision, services delivered and, if appropriate, resident condition.
  • To follow instructions given by supervisor and communication with supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as necessary
